Getting Back to Fitness

There’s no getting around the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has created a vastly different fitness training environment.

Big gyms are trying to adapt and follow 15 pages of Cal/OSHA and Statewide Industry Guidelines on COVID-19 in an attempt to reopen to the public. It’s a weighty endeavor for them but not for us at 310 Fitness!

310 Fitness is a private one-on-one training studio committed to your safety and fitness goals. We have implemented all CDC and Cal/OSHA guidelines and pride ourselves on creating a training environment that is private, clean, and energizing.

Consistent training is one key to staying healthy during this pandemic. At 310 Fitness we offer what the big gyms cannot - exclusive access, limited exposure, and therefore a considerably lower risk.

310 Fitness Face Coverings

As an introduction to 310 Fitness we are offering:

  • Your first session is complimentary!

  • Purchase 5 sessions, get 1 session FREE!

  • Purchase 10 sessions, get 2 sessions FREE!

  • Contact us TODAY to book your FREE session!

Some of the things you can expect from us to keep you safe and healthy:

  1. We wash our hands before and after each client.

  2. All of our trainers wear face coverings.

  3. We avoid close contact and stay six feet apart.

  4. Training is limited to one client and one trainer per room. Fortunately, we have two training studios for increased flexibility with scheduling.

  5. We always sanitize and clean equipment and touchpoints between clients.

  6. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes are available.

  7. Masks and gloves are available.

  8. We supply clean towels but encourage you to bring your own if you prefer.

  9. We supply clean mats for stretches and floor work but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  10. Per Cal/OSHA requirements, we will take your temperature prior to each session.

To help keep you and the 310 Fitness trainers safe you will be required to wash your hands before and after each session. A face covering should be worn before and after each session, however, it is up to you if you want to wear it during your workout.

These are just some of the precautions that we have implemented in order to keep you and our staff as safe and healthy as possible. We are continuously monitoring and incorporating the latest guidelines and recommendations so please don’t hesitate to send us a message if you have a specific question, comment or concern - we’re here to help.
